Shipping Policy

What countries do you ship to?

We look forward to serving global customers, but due to logistics reasons, some countries and regions cannot deliver. Please refer to the following information for the main selling countries and delivery timeliness:

United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Russia: 7-20 Business Days

Mexico, Brazil, Netherlands, Portugal, Korea, Turkey, Japan, Iraq, Bengal: 20-35 Business Days

Please Note:

  1. We cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  2. For Brazil, please kindly leave your TAX ID when filling in the shipping information.
  3. Udfine does not assume any taxes. Taxes are borne by the customer.

How will my delivery be shipped?

Your parcel will be dispatched by different logistics system based on shipping regions, Frequently used carriers are USPS/DHL Express/Amazon logistics, etc.

How to check the status of my package?

Get your tracking number from order detail or your email send from Udfine Once an item has been shipped. Then click here: https://www.17track.net/en.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is enroute. If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

COVID-19 Notice: Shipping Delays

Be assured that we are working diligently to ship out your orders and personally respond to your particular requests. Please be patient. We will email you as soon as possible if we cannot immediately complete your request. The best way to reach us with any questions or concerns is by email at support@info@udfineglobal.com.

There are ongoing logistical delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

It takes us one day to two weeks to complete your order or notify you of missing products from your request.

In most cases, we ship your order asap and backorder out-of-stock products at no additional shipping costs to you. Our web-shop does not show live, available inventory. (Read our ‘Backorder Policy’ for further detail.)

For urgent orders, please pay for your order and include a message — located in the shipping address section — that explains your urgency or request for expedited shipping. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

You will receive an email with a tracking number and copy of your invoice as soon as your order is on the way to you.

Products Not-in-Stock – Backorder Policy

We do not represent live inventory on our website. Your order will ship right away if it is in stock. Any products not in stock will be backordered, in most cases, at our discretion. Backordered items usually take within 3-5 weeks to become available. (Current as of March 25, 2023).

If your order is not in stock, we will notify you very soon with an estimated time of availability and delivery.
